ADRIATICOM was formed through the strategic merger of three well-established companies based in Padua, each with over 50 years of experience in mould manufacturing and precision mechanical machining. This integration has created a highly competitive production company, able to meet market challenges while preserving the craftsmanship, expertise and quality of its founding firms.

Our production facility covers 1,200 square metres and is equipped with advanced technologies, organised to ensure maximum efficiency and flexibility. This allows us to manage multiple projects simultaneously, regardless of their size or complexity. We provide a fully integrated, high-level technical service, supporting every stage of the production process - from initial concept development and design through to mould manufacturing and final testing.

Software and Advanced Technologies

We use state-of-the-art CAD software such as ThinkDesign for 3D modelling and the design of innovative products. This powerful tool enables us to create complex geometries, simulate mould performance, and optimize every aspect of the design before production.

Our workflow is further enhanced by CAM software WorkNC, fully integrated with post-processors tailored to our production machines. This integration ensures a seamless transition from design to manufacturing, reducing setup times and virtually eliminating the risk of errors.

Synergy and Quality Assurance

Our production department operates in close synergy with the technical office, creating an integrated workflow that ensures excellent results. Every stage of the process is characterised by strict quality control of the materials used and the highest level of precision. We manufacture moulds in a wide range of sizes, from small to medium-large, ranging from 500 mm to 2,400 mm, allowing us to meet a wide variety of requirements - from miniature components to moulds for large industrial components. Our process

From Concept to Production

The success of every project is built on a structured, well-established process that supports the client from the initial concept through to final delivery, whilst ensuring transparency, quality and strict adherence to agreed timelines.
Initial Analysis and Consulting
We meet with the client to understand their requirements, analyse the project, and propose the most suitable technical solutions. We assess both technical and economic feasibility.
3D CAD Design
Our technical department develops the complete mould design using advanced software, producing highly detailed 3D models and process simulations.
Validation and Approval
We present technical drawings and 3D renderings to the client for final approval. Any required modifications are discussed and implemented before production begins.
Manufacturing and Machining
We begin mould production with quality checks at every stage. The production department works in full compliance with the technical specifications defined by the design team.
Testing and Optimisation
We carry out thorough mould tests, verifying dimensions, functionality and the quality of the moulded parts. Any necessary fine-tuning is carried out until optimal results are achieved.
Delivery and After-Sales Support
We deliver moulds complete with technical documentation and remain available for assistance, maintenance and any future modifications.
